Application complète et très intuitive

Cette application est tout simplement incroyable, entièrement gratuite, aucune publicité. C’est un plaisir de l’utiliser. La fonctionnalité nous permettant d’ajouter des notes et des smiley pendant la période de jeûne est super intéressante afin de voir son évolution au fur et à mesure. Le fait également de pouvoir voir les heures de jeûne, la fréquence cardiaque, le poids, le sommeil etc. dans l’application est simplement géniale, tout ce qui est important est regroupé au même endroit. Je recommande vivement

OK pour le suivi et l’historique des jeûnes. Accès à quelques articles utiles.
Mériterait d’aller plus loin dans les fonctionnalités, par exemple pour créer une version premium payante, ou bien intégrer cela davantage à des apps de Dante existantes.
