Initially would not open, but after a week or so, deleting and re-downloading it’s sprung into life. Seems to work well.

I like having an app to easily see spend & details. Much better than most providers that have an archaic laptop browser only version overcrowded with superfluous information.

The payments side could use some work to make it 5 stars:

1) text shortcuts not allowed, so I have to manually type in my email address, which leaves me prone to errors

2) does not allow auto fill of bank details

3) does not accept Apple Pay or PayPal

4) despite the Amex logo being there, it doesn’t actually accept Amex. When I put in the card number (which is a different length to visa) it throws an error that it’s an invalid card number.

5) allow for the setup of direct debit for the actual amount that is charged each month. Currently there is a horrible manual review step, instead of telling me what it is and allowing me to adjust.

It still looks like the old app design. Still no way of seeing anything more than the bog standard data.

For those of us on the Tide tariff, it would be great to see usage across the different Tide periods (day, month, year). It would also be great to see what GEUK are registering as export (for those of us with solar).

This was discussed with the App design team months and months ago with an exciting mock up being touted. I don’t know what happened to that more progressive version.
