Got to be better than this
App doesn’t populate address fully when selected from list. Doesn’t remember card details when box to save card detail is checked. Doesn’t show a breakdown of energy use over time. No Apple Pay. Basically feels like something 15 years old.
No Choice but to use - but still lacking
I’ve no choice but to use this App to Top-Up the heating credit for our communal heating system. It’s fairly basic but the particular bug bears are: the lag between actual credit and the credit as presented on this App - it can be quite a wide gap; the App often displays an error such as ‘there’s been a fault’ and current information isn’t displayed; the lack of saving payment details - and this is a real annoyance and basic feature - despite checking the ‘save card details for future payments’ - that’s just a meaningless option that’s never honoured and so might as well be removed. i’ve to type in the card details each and every time.
An App for a very basic service that somehow manages to miss the mark on the necessary basics.
Junk
Card saving feature has been broken for a year.
Impossible to turn heating off.
No payment date reminder - the only notification you get is when it goes overdue, and that comes by post.
