Reliability Woes
I could give this app a zero rating if it were possible, as I’ve never seen an unreliable app as this. It will simply never let you login and reports errors for several weeks on end, without the developers trying to get a fix for it. I’ve been using very rudimentary freelancer apps and have not encountered similar issues as I’m having to witness with a utilities company app. I’ve given up having to use my phone to pay bills as I’ve now been forced to find my physical card about with me to pay at a PayPoint. Absolutely useless…

Multiple accounts
App works fine but had to contact them to link multiple accounts which they did.
Better if the app allowed you to do it yourself as Anglian water does
