App says it has sent an email to verify account. Nothing received . On requesting it to resend it comes up with an error has occurred message.
This occurred after upgrading to the latest version.
Problem was solved by uninstalling the app and then reinstallation. Works OK now. Thanks for your response.

At last - the Northumbrian Water APP has arrived :)
It’s long overdue but I’m so glad to see Northumbrian Water (NW) now has an App. It’s so much more convenient to use than the website.
I logged into the new NW App easily using exactly the same login details I normally use to access my account on the NW website.
The App has basic functionality at the moment allowing me to easily access details of my Bill amounts, Payments made, Account Details, amount of next payment plus due date, and Account Balance. It’s the minimum viable product but it is a great start.
I’m looking forward to seeing additional features being added in the future such as the ability to:
1) change payment arrangements such as changing bank details or switching between annual, monthly or weekly payments
2) make one off debit / credit card payments
3) see the underlying details of how the latest Bill amount has been calculated
Well done to everyone involved in developing this App. Great work!!!
Can’t log in.
I can login on the website, but not on the app.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues logging in, you use the same credentials when logging into both the website and the app, would you be able to contact us directly so we can investigate this further for you please? Alternatively you could reset your password and as long as you are entering your email and password correctly, you should be able to log in with no issues. Have a lovely day!
