You have been very helpful in sorting out both my accounts since the price hike started. I really do appreciate it. But I do worry about what will happen if your do have these blackouts,we’re will it leave people like myself who are disabled. I have to use a stair lift,and this is causing me a lot of worry, but I’m hoping that that the way you have helped me in the past,you keep on doing so in the future. Life is very hard for everyone if they are not one of the rich, but no one should have to live in cold houses and with lighting. Upto now I have been able to heat just one room at a time,and it’s working out ok, if I’m in the kitchen I get the warmth from the cooker, so I don’t think I am suffering as bad as many others are, and I think that’s down to your help also. I know my electric bill will be astronomical,and if I could pay it of I would willingly do so. But thanks to you and your understanding, I cam pay you each month at a rate I can afford. So all in all I am very happy with the way you have helped me in the past,and hopefully you will continue in the future . So once again thank you Ps could you tell me if these black out will stop my stair lift from working. Thanks, Mrs DJSAWYER

Utilita or not

Been with Utilita for seveverl years had been very good including the app it was great. But I’m disabled and had to move into new house due to not being able to walk up to my flat as to many steps. However the problems started there the council set my setup for me and the way the council wote the address the way they do the address but it wasn’t the correct mailing address. I called in regardes to this they said that they would need to see prove from my missif which oversly says the way the council has on it i made several more calls as my mail for them was getting delivered to the neighbour even after them telling me to sorted it so they said to take a picture with the door number beside it I ended up having to go to the shop to sort it near enough the same happened for a smart meter box screen. Now am having trouble with my app it’s not coming up with a meter reading on it. Begining to think is it worthwhile anymore been trying to resolve problems for over 6 months now and still nothing

Gone down hill in last 12 months

Been with them for 12 years on a Pre payment meter always had a great price on a par with monthly tariffs and they have always swapped me onto the best tariff for me without me having to ask for 10 yrs but the last 12 months has been shocking I can’t speak to anyone who understands English yes they speak it but don’t understand when I’m asking questions been left 4 months with a faulty meter they sent an engineer out after a month I thought he’d fix or replace it NO he messed with it said he didn’t think it would work but give it 48 hrs then ring the company which takes between 30-50 minutes to get through that’s if you don’t get cut off now I’m still waiting until the 11th dec for another engineer to come out to the meter god knows if it will be fixed/replaced then. I really wouldn’t recommend the company I am looking to swap after my experience. Even when a so called manager rang me he didn’t have a clue didn’t complete security checks until 10 minutes into the conversation etc etc so if that’s a manager no wonder the company has gone to pot. I think they’ve outsourced there call centres abroad personally and it’s ruined the customer service and problem solving for customers 😔
