I have been , with a couple of companies, but I have been with Utilita now for 4 years I must say there customer service is awesome, if there is ever a problem they can sort it , within that moment or a couple of hours depending on individual. I’m on priority list , anything I need it has been sorted in the time they have set. The smart meters are a great device to have in your home , I live in a house so not sure you can have in a flat which is a shame if you cannot, as it’s a great way to see how much fuel you are using , There is also a app that you can download to your phone , if you struggle to leave your house like I do with being disabled you can easily top up. I will not move from this company as it also comes with winter fuel savings , save up the amount you want ready for winter great idea if you have a few extra quid you can put aside ready for winter. Plus other great benefits, and competitive prices.
Well worth changing your fuel over to Utilita.
Best electricity supplier we have EVER had (& there have been a few) It’s so nice NOT to be ripped off for pre-payment! Every three months I try to see if we can get cheaper elsewhere as they suggest & never can we beat the prices Utilita are charging us. If you do need to call them up at anytime you are dealt with quickly & the staff are SO friendly & willing to do whatever to help & completely deal with whatever it is you are asking about. Utilita put the other energy suppliers to shame! I am just gonna forget continually checking we are getting the best deal, I am confident Utilita cannot be beaten, and being on their Priority Services Register because I am disabled is like being royalty (I imagine) got some fantastic gifts for if we ever have a power cut like a lovely little rechargeable torch which is used a fair bit (only once in FIVE years for an outage). Sod the rest, Utilita are the best!
Good honest service
I like being a Utilita customer. I feel I get value for money. On dual fuel but don’t have to pay standing charge for two utilities. Like the reminders I get if my gas or electricity is getting low, this reminds me so I do not run out of fuel. If I go to stay with my daughter I can see at a glance on my mobile if I need to top up, this is so helpful. I pay as I go and I can do that from any where don’t have to be home. With my old supplier I used to have to top up in shops etc. That meant me going out at all times when my fuel ran out and sometimes the machines didn’t work. I have been with you a few years now best move I made. Now it’s easy to pay, no worry now my gad or electric never runs out because of the reminders. I am now disabled and can’t get out so I win. Cheaper fuel, easy payments and good support all round
