I have been , with a couple of companies, but I have been with Utilita now for 4 years I must say there customer service is awesome, if there is ever a problem they can sort it , within that moment or a couple of hours depending on individual. I’m on priority list , anything I need it has been sorted in the time they have set. The smart meters are a great device to have in your home , I live in a house so not sure you can have in a flat which is a shame if you cannot, as it’s a great way to see how much fuel you are using , There is also a app that you can download to your phone , if you struggle to leave your house like I do with being disabled you can easily top up. I will not move from this company as it also comes with winter fuel savings , save up the amount you want ready for winter great idea if you have a few extra quid you can put aside ready for winter. Plus other great benefits, and competitive prices.
Well worth changing your fuel over to Utilita.

make usage bill cheaper gone up far too much and I have to choose between food or electric now and I’m live in one of the riches country and born here my ancestors come from here and now I’m struggling like so many ppl are and the share holders can afford anything and why there not cut down on the profit and help the poor ppl whom make them their money on ppl with children go without food and I’m housebound and need to use more electric and gas and my electricity gone up £60+ and now I paid £200+
for my electricity and gas which is hell a lot of money for me and without anther bill I got to paid.
Make history cut your energy cost by cut down the share holder money or don’t give them any this month and cut the big boss money and don’t give them for doing nothing and working ppl and poorer ppl can eat beta food and healthier food like fresh fruit….
Poorer ppl don’t have to worry if they have no electricity with children and have to use lite candles which will make more house fires because somehow candle drop and started the fire which could kill ppl and children because they run out of electricity.
I hope you cut your prices in April instead increases and then there will be millions in poverty to choose food or heating and lights and cold water to wash and wash clothes in cold water and more ppl become ILL and smelly..
This is United Kingdom not 3rd world country.

My Name is Adenusi Adedotun Abiodun I just moved in to my Apartment on 8 of November And I paid £18 for months of November till December. Then from December I got. Bill of £247 from December 1st to 31st then I call the office for several day’s the call was taking my money away the very day I eventually get through …I explain to the lady that picked the phone on customer service I spoke to her and explain about the wrong billing she asked me to read the meter number and the meter Reference number after she checked everything she told me I was on the wrong meter that she has to stopped the reading of the meter not to read further so that I will not get another billing she said further that she has sent message to the technical team they will come to my address and to fixed the problem and if possible they can change the meter…… But surprisingly I was getting messages of threats saying they will take further action against me…. How on Earth should I pay £ 247 in a months from Dec 1st -Dec 31st billing…all effort I tried to fix this is futile the next I saw was a threat message I just moved in the apartment if your company cannot rendered good and fair service I will like to deactivate the account
