I can only do a couple of things on this app. I tried to change my account details so I could add my partner and change my name to my married name, but couldn’t do either. To compound the issue, I went to the help section to try and find an answer and got no results and a prompt to call them.
I get that my query might need an agent to assist but why not put something in the help section so I know that and not have a zero search return?
Unable to view bills!
Currently there is a button for viewing the bills, but when I click to view a particular bill, it shows a spinning icon forever and nothing else happens.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
