Disappointed
I’m a very regular user and v happy with service and price. However on a few occasions lately despite pre booking the cab has been late up to half hour. Various excuses given, but driver has said he had just come on duty. It would be good policy to call customer to say car will be late at least
Good Uber alternative
I've had only good experience with them. Cheaper and good cars than Uber at least for shorter journeys I've had. Sometimes you get a Jag for less than the price of Uber X. Though wait times can be longer.
Don’t waste your time
Appalling service which had steadily gone downhill not the drivers fault as the controllers shouldn’t book the jobs if they can’t provide the service. Today’s cab booked well in advance arrived 20+ mins late final straw blaming traffic is not good enough with all the technology available today particularly if driver is miles away and given job 5 mins before pick up. This is not a one off
occurrence lousy way to run a business.
