Booked a taxi last night using this, about 4 hours in advance to ensure we had a taxi to take 4 of us including my 13 year old daughter to where we were staying for the night at 11:30pm - only to wait for 20 minutes and then call them to hear they’re really busy and it'd be another 50 minutes on top of the 20 minutes they were already late. We could have walked the journey before they got to us. Ended up needing to have someone drunk drive because these clowns can’t operate a business. When you ring up, magically the app assigns a driver, then when you’re off the phone it disappears again. Steer clear of this app and this company at all costs people!

I’ve tried to pre-book a taxi for a week tomorrow through the app and when it’s been confirmed another address came through.Phoned up told the person in the office and I was told they don’t serve my area despite the base is less than 2 miles away and eventually when it was rebooked again another address had came through.So I phoned back up again and it was a case of don’t understand what your trying to say so I’ve given up with 24/7.Which is a shame as years ago I used to love this company and I used to use them all time well no more!!!

I’ve used similar Apps in the past, mostly Uber. I’ve only used this App twice to book a return journey. I was shocked and disturbed to discover that 4 transactions were made for a 2 journeys. I expected this would be the most secure method of paying for the taxi trips. Nobody is able to confirm how or why the extra 2 charges were made, the deductions are both different amounts to the 2 correct ones. The journey using this taxi payment App has now ended me up in limbo rather than a limo!
