I’ve previously has this app on older devices and it’s worked perfectly, like the other reviews mention it keeps you motivated and there’s pelwnty of rest days in there so you don’t over work yourself!!

However, since being in a relationship I’ve gain a few too many- happy fatty definitely! So with the isolation I’ve turned to motivation at home and these apps are great for it!! But I’m
Gutted as one review has already mentioned that the page where you track your progress seems to be ‘zoomed’ in to fit the whole screen of the iPhone 11 generations! I’m gutted about this is the case for all of the 30 day challenge apps!!!

Please please pleaseeee I hope this can be fixed ASAP!!!

Nice, simple, does the job

I don’t have any formatting issues but I do have an older phone.
The app is simple to use and has different levels depending on where you are starting from. The explanation of how to do the different planks is clear and easy to understand. Only takes a couple of minutes max out of your day to complete and there are rest days as well.

Loving it!

I’m only on day 10 of the beginner level 1 but I am loving it. This time last week I struggled to plank for 10 seconds and now I’m planking for over 60! The app makes it so easy to keep on top of it and continue to do it and share with your friends who might be doing it with you! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to tone up, get fit and lose some weight!
