Quite slow to update. Doesn’t always show jobs that are booked so you don’t know if a car has been booked or not. Easy enough to use, but difficult to add a location not on the list. Had worked each time I’ve used it, but have had to hope cars would turn up as no conformation issued

Ordered a taxi an HOUR early to try and get a taxi on time and yet they were still late - I ended up having to cancel and getting late to my destination. The telephone operator was lovely considering that the drivers were not driving to the right location. Despite knowing that their drivers would be late, they did not call me to make an update and, instead, waited for me to call them when they were 5 mins late. DO NOT use this service if you want to get on time anywhere.

So I’ve just used the app, to book a cab It then restarted. So it didn’t go though (So I thought) I then book an other one and end up cancelling it because of a silly reason I then book another one for a set time (20 minutes later) the office call me up and a lady speaks to me and she waS HORRIBLE. She was very rude I’m trying to explain to her what going on and I apologise she then says thank you and cuts the phone as I’m still explaining that I will still need a cab that I’ve booked. Terrible customer service. But the cabbys are alright

App was working fine before but now the page doesn’t notify you via app or text if the bookings accepted or if the taxi is on their way.
