333 444 Southend Taxis 4+

Quite slow to update. Doesn’t always show jobs that are booked so you don’t know if a car has been booked or not. Easy enough to use, but difficult to add a location not on the list. Had worked each time I’ve used it, but have had to hope cars would turn up as no conformation issued

So I’ve just used the app, to book a cab
It then restarted. So it didn’t go though
(So I thought)
I then book an other one and end up cancelling it because of a silly reason I then book another one for a set time (20 minutes later) the office call me up and a lady speaks to me and she waS HORRIBLE. She was very rude I’m trying to explain to her what going on and I apologise she then says thank you and cuts the phone as I’m still explaining that I will still need a cab that I’ve booked.
Terrible customer service. But the cabbys are alright

I have downloaded this application three times now and all three times I’ve had to delete it because it will not let me register.

We get to the stage where it says a message with a pin has been sent to my messages but that message is never there.

Please fix.
