It’s a good system

Works well got a few things I don’t like but that’s more to do with issues that all VoIP telephone systems have like showing a missed call on your phone if someone else answers the call from a group so the call wasn’t missed but it was missed on my phone because I didn’t answer it

VoIP delivers a great solution but it’s still not perfect, I’ve been using 8x8 since 2008 (before it was even called 8x8) and I’ve recommended it to other businesses it’s a solid solution that dies what most small and medium sized businesses need these days

Awful!

Shocking system and software. Calls constantly dropping out and poor quality, have to revert to using actual mobile. Other issues include no feature for calls to be forwarded to colleagues or voicemail when on a call, therefore when on a call if another call comes in it continues to ring, effecting call you’re actually on until you have to reject other call (unprofessional). Features like dialling 0 when caller hits voicemail to have option to be routed to another colleague don’t work and neither does the text/sms feature.

Had 8x8 undertake tests on WiFi service to property and no issues found with broadband service (new build property with fibre only internet service, 140mb consistent service) and can’t explain why issues occurring etc.

One star is too high a rating, should avoid at all costs!

Love the interface and features

So far we’ve been with 8x8 for a year and a half and no major issues. Interface is clean and can always answer work/office calls on the go.

The only major thing I have to report is that if a call comes in and I miss it, and it gets transferred to the next person who answers the call (call group) it shows up as missed on my side even though it’s been answered. They will have to fix this bug. Sometimes I call back the missed call and the person says that someone has already been in touch with them
