rushmoor are the only taxi firm i will use, never had a problem booking through the app or via phone - if anything i’ve overslept and missed my taxi and numerous calls from them i’m the problem 😂

drivers are courteous, polite, friendly and professional!!

i’ve become a very regular passenger over the year i’ve worked at my place of employment and most know me by name and it gives you the personable feel rather than just jumping in a cab - i get asked how my children are, how my jobs going and i can’t fault a single member of staff from the switch operators to the actual cab drivers!!

thank you to everyone for making each journey that much better by going above and beyond

I have used you’re taxi service twice now. Both times pick up was very quick and kind, chatty drivers :)

The app is good but very frequently it does not work. The staff say they switch it off when they don’t have many drivers but there must be a better way than switching it off. Otherwise the service becomes hit or miss.
