Cancels scheduled calls
If you have a valid subscription but choose not to renew in the future, Joyable cancels any scheduled calls. So you don’t even get to use h thy r remainder of your subscription.
Please don't use this app.
I myself don't suffer from any particular mental health issues. I downloaded this app to see if it would be suitable to recommend to someone I care about who does suffer from mental health problems.
I answered the questions honestly for myself and I was recommended to phone the suicide hotline rather than use the app.
I can only imagine how distressing this could be for someone already feeling low.
I'm going to raise my compliant with Apple. I don't think this app is appropriate.
I want a refund for all the months I’ve been apparently paying
I have been charged for several months after downloading this app. Apparently it authorised my card when I downloaded it and used my Apple Pay details, charging me £78.88 a month for 4 months, total of £315.52. I would like a refund for this immediately. I downloaded this app after downloading multiple other similar apps but immediately deleted it without opening up. What a joke!
