I have two kids who swim with me but I can't book us all for the same session and have to pay on the door for them. Please add this important feature
Payment receiving system is not working!
A bunch of friends recommended ACTIO. It’s been all morning l’ve been trying to pay for a membership.. there’s nothing wrong with my cards, called the bank aswell, they said we can see more than 10 attempts if the company doesn’t take the money we approve, there’s nothing we can do, they said. It’s kept saying “ Himm payment failed!” Take the money please and let me get on with my booking.. It’s getting a little bit of a bore now. No l wouldn’t recommend
No time slots
Although it’s a great app - for some reason my app shows no time slots at Oxford lake where as everyone else with the app does. I have tried re-installing the app and logging in and out but still the time slots at this particular location don’t appear for me. Happened before and finally after re-setting my password they appeared but that solution isn’t working this time - very frustrating!
