Great pool and staff . Web site re booking could do with updating as have had problems booking on line.
Adding the depth of the water to the information would be helpful for each session and a very good selling point …. Use your assets better this would be very useful for younger swimmers !!

I was ‘forced’ to go to Djanogly when John Carroll closed. Like many users, I had used JC for many, many years: we knew the staff well and they were friendly, helpful & responsive. (Twice I nominated Mavis for an employee award).
But I’m delighted to say that Djanogly has proved to be just as good. The staff group is wonderful: they go out of their way to help - eg I suspend my membership from time-to-time and I invariably face problems when I return. They always try to sort them - even when they don’t know why I’m having them. Moreover, when I ‘lost’ my ‘swim cap & goggles and, on another occasion, a silver eering, they were returned… On a day-to-day basis, they’re very friendly!

This review is specifically for the app and is not meant to be a reflection of the services provided by ActiveNottingham. It can’t be. I still haven’t been able to use them.

An app that prevents you from using the services it is supposed to support is less than useless.

I have been trying to resolve this for months, but have only been shunted from one help desk to the next.

There is no obvious place to login when I open the app. The My Account tab informs me that I am not logged in, but doesn’t give any option to do so.

If I try to book a session I am then asked to log in, though this does seem to occur at a different stage of the process with each attempt.

When I do try and login I told that my details are incorrect, however I have confirmed them with the staff in person.

When I try to reset my password I get stuck in a death loop which involves me being told that email is/isn’t already registered and I can’t therefore proceed.

I have literally had to take my child to pools outside of the City in order for him to learn to swim because no one is willing/able to resolve this problem.
