The HomeZone App has been developed by ADEY, the market leaders in innovation, design and manufacture of award winning magnetic filters and chemicals for protecting the nation’s central heating.

The App offers the following benefits in the palm of your hand:

Monitor your Central Heating Health
Connect to your MagnaClean Professional3 Sense filter using the app to monitor the health of the water quality in your Central Heating System to avoid harmful sludge build-up and potentially expensive breakdowns.

Contact your Heating Engineer
Access your heating engineer’s details directly via the App.

Reconnect filter to Wi-Fi
Reconnect your MagnaClean Professional3 Sense to your Wi-Fi router, in case of a change in router or password, so you can continue to monitor your system health without calling your heating engineer.

Total crap

Difficult to connect. 2 weeks after a new boiler instal with full chemical flush, filter showing red on app, green on boiler unit. Spoke to installer who said uninstall the app as it’s crap and has never worked properly. Plumber can out anyway... boiler and filter fine, app crap! Don’t bother.

Excellent!

Works really well and shows filter is doing its job. My only comment is that connection was not as easy as it could be but follow the instructions carefully and it works fine.

Cannot get my filter to show up in the app

Followed the connection instructions in the app multiple times, every time seems to complete but still not showing my filter in the app...
