Use Adobe Account Access to sign in with a tap. Each time you need to sign in to your Adobe account, this app will receive a push notification. Approve it, and you're signed in! It's fast, convenient, and secure.

With our new in-app review request feature, you can easily provide feedback and ratings on your experience using our app. We want to hear from you about what's working well and where we can improve. Our requests will only appear at appropriate times and won't interrupt your workflow.

Simple and reliable 2FA
Great little app for 2FA and simple sign into my Adobe suite of products. So far, fast, easy to use and provides additional security to my account. Really nothing to improve with a clear interface and simple instructions. It makes access to the Adobe products simple whilst being secure.

Alert comes up and I press the button
My daughter tells me to press the alert
button with a number on it every few days. I do so and it looks to work. Never not worked as I understand.

Frustrating sign in required
I’ve purchased the expensive adobe software to run on my computer. But now I have to waste my time going through a log in process to use it each time. Even worse if I am away on field work and my wife or son are trying to use the software. Bring back the days of software on a cd that I buy and run as long as I want depending on operating system comparability. I hate all this monthly subscription rubbish

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. If you no longer want to use the Adobe Account Access app, you can deactivate it from your Adobe account. 1. Sign in at https://account.adobe.com/security. 2. In the Two-step verification section, deactivate Sign in with the Adobe Account Access app. Once you confirm, your Adobe Account Access app will be deactivated. You can continue to sign into your Adobe apps and services using your email address and password. If you face any issues, feel free to write to us at authenticator-feedback@adobe.com with the make and model of your phone or a screen recording.
