Aero XP 4+

Ever since the app was updated I have found it impossible to use on iPhone or iPad to remotely open and close the pool. Have tried deleting and resetting the app. The blue light is on at the control panel so the fault is in the new app. Have requested several times contact but no reply.

We have not received any assistance request from your installer, who is the only one authorized to communicate with the manufacturer. We advise you to reset the board by holding down the PRG1 button for 12 seconds, then re-pair your cover. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

As far as I have discovered this app does nothing. It connects, then when you push the open button it asks if the security device is well disconnected. Then when you push the open button again nothing happens no matter how long you hold the button. If you try closing it, similar thing happens, but the message is different, asking to make sure there are no swimmers in the pool. Again nothing happens. Totally useless as there is no way to get this to work. Tried on two phones and same problem
