Add Boarding pass to wallet
The app could be a bit faster the same as webpage, could be nice as there would be an option to add boarding pass to wallet, even Ryanair has this option which is pretty useful
Booking flights and changing flight dates
The app works ok until you try to pay for your flights or for changes. At this point every time I have used it there is a problem accepting the payment. This has resulted in me buying and paying for two separate tickets on the same flight on one occasion because the payment was later taken by Aeromexico which I wasn’t informed about, and I still haven’t received a refund for one of them. I have had to go to the ticket desk at the nearest airport every time I’ve tried to do anything on the app to try to get it sorted out.
I also get no response from emails or phone. Very poor.
After writing the review here I also struggled to post it because my name had already been used before.
MOST USELESS APP EVER!!!
The app has blocked twice on payment with a white pop up box appearing after clicking submit payment but this box just stays white and does not process the payment. What’s worse is there were only 2 AM Premier seats left and each failed payment process has taken off 1 of those seats so I am no longer able to book the class I want. This happened also when booking my last flight and only processed the payment on my 3rd attempt.
Also annoying that I don’t have option to create an account on the app so that it remembers my last flight details...
