App only works in Mexico or on VPN
Good app and website, but they do not work from the UK unless you are using a VPN that can show you as being in Mexico.
A bit glitchy but has potential to be very good
The app does not give you much help eg does not highlight missing fields on input forms and is a bit glitchy and timed out on me. However it worked better than the website which crashed on me several times. So I got there in the end.
The worst airline app and website
Booking a flight on the website is almost impossible, constant errors and if you’re lucky enough to get through to the payment page, the payment fails. The app is awful too - “unexpected error” on any search and when trying to log in.
