Take control of 16 different units and 15 different turrets to defend your base and destroy your enemy.

Ratings and Reviews
Flash game returns!
Amazing it’s got some love, good game overall. It’s pretty friggin sweet in the classic days. Not fully looked into it’s ‘paid’ areas, but the game is a ‘classic RTS.’ But made as a side scroller. All you control is what you buy, and it walks over the map to the enemy base.
Still has the annoying frustration of range and order and how ‘evil’ it can feel when you or the computer change eras leaving more or less (depending on view) ability to defeat whatever the new units are. (Stronger and harder to kill but the bounty allows you to buy a ton of the previous tier units)
It forces you from defences, to upgrade continually and it’s the first to destroy the others base or run out of cash with no units. If my memory serves me.
Two gripes for the devs.
1. On IOS on MOBILE (IPHONE X) it’s not full screen (great means you can see everything)
2. Audio. There’s no way to disable audio completely. Making this impossible to play whilst listening to music or what have you.
The days of free online games...
I have played gae of war since 2007, recently re-discovered it on iOS, brilliant!
A great game, especially for free!
Pros:
Good memories, played this years ago.
Fun gameplay
Good graphics.
Free!
Cons:
The buy-able add-ons are a joke. They are hugely overpriced.
Can become very repetitive. Basically just play until you get enough money for five super soldiers.
Enemy gets repetitive until you pay the extortionate £5.99 for new AI.
Overall, good game, but needs to lower the prices and add more stuff etc.
So glad it’s just like the old game though.
Really good game
The game is really fun and simple to play and you get a great sense of achievement when you win for the first time. I would really recommend this game for a long journey as you can play it over and over again and it is a different experience every time.
