Flight change
I have tried to change my flights with the credit system for either later this year or next year due to what’s going on in the world. I have tried the lady talking machine three times what a waste of time.
My partner was travelling with her sister and our daughter to Udon Thani with the way this virus is causing such a lot of worry I thought it best to change the flight not cancel but find this very hard especially writing to a machine. Hope you can help.

Doesn’t even do the basics for an Airline app. Terrible.
Booking and flying with AirAsia used to be such an easy experience. But now it’s totally lost focus. I booked a return through the app, had to complete payment on the web (while logged into AirAsia) and none of the flights are visible in the app, the email notice listed the booking references in a random order and it was impossible to check in with the app. This app doesn’t even perform the basic functions of an Airline app. I would expect the basics, search for flights, book them, pay for them, and check in all in the app, but no, not AirAsia.
When I finally managed to check in (on the web) I decided to pay for an isle seat, despite being logged into my AirAsia account it sent my email confirmation to somebody else’s email address entirely! Unbelievable. Really, sack your developers and get it sorted out by professionals.
Passport issue ??????
I traveled to Kuching on 28th November and flew from Senai airport when I got to the front of the queue at gate 3 a Airasia person looked at my passport which is British and said I had to go to the desk ? This has never happened to me before? There was a young woman who checking my passport stamps from previous trips to Sarawak I told her I had MM2H visa and I could visit Sarawak as many times as I wanted to
I got the impression she did not know what she was looking for and her English was not good so I found it difficult to understand what she was saying to me
Another British national joined me after he was told to go to the desk he also had MM2H if there was an immigration issue why was it not dealt with in the immigration hall ?
Eventually our passports were returned and I was last on the plane and lost my window seat I had paid extra money for !
I think this was a poor performance from AirAsia at Senai airport and I did not have any issues with immigration at Kuching airport on my arrival and my departure.
