What’s New
Version 30.0.17
We’ve enhanced the app to offer you better notifications related to your flight. If you’re traveling with us out of KLIA, please set your app location permission to “Always” so we can trigger the notifications.
You can explore the meals available on-board your next flight via the in-flight menu option added in the app menu.
Other improvements and fixes were included in this version to continuously ensure a smooth experience on our app.

iPad compatibility
The app works to my satisfaction on iPhones. I use this mostly when travelling. However the formatting on my iPad is useless. When looking at bookings the prices overlap and are obscured and the trip summary side bar is mis-formatted. It needs a lot of work. I have reported this twice now and received very polite responses to the specific problems. However the problem still exists 3 months later after updates have been released. Using the I pad for bookings would be preferable as this is a larger screen, I hope this problem is not beyond the wit of the developer team.

This all used to work extremely well. Unfortunately of late I have not been able to log in I get the message please enter a valid email address even though the address is correct and one I have used for many years. Bit disappointed really. The app also doesn’t seem to ask for calendar access. Like many other apps on ios17.

Quite easy to use with a few glitches
I downloaded this app as I could get cheaper fares than going on the main website.
Easy to find flights, the different fare options and optional extras but don’t take too long or you get timed out.
Also when it comes to payment details and you want to review what you are purchasing don’t click the back button or the X button - you could go back to square one and have to start all over again.
