Description
AirServer Connect assists you in discovering AirServer on a busy network or when you have multiple subnets / VLANs (but connectivity) on your network. This is especially handy for schools and businesses with more complex network environments.
Connecting is simple:
1. On the computer side, open AirServer* settings and click the QR code button.
2. On the iOS device side, open AirServer Connect and click the Scan button.
AirServer Connect will read the QR code and will automatically add your computer name to the AirPlay list in your iOS device.
To mirror your display to your computer running AirServer, simply tap on this new entry and enable mirroring.
*AirServer must be installed and running on your computer.

Won’t cast movies owned or purchased on iTunes
Would have liked to have cast all the movies I have bought and own from iTunes to my tv via my Xbox , however it just errors and says can’t play protected content . BUT I OWN THE CONTENT. Pointless app and another reason why I’m beginning to despise apple more and more. So consumer unfriendly .
Perfect App
I’m actually going to class some people on here as Idiots. To start with yes there was an issue with the app however as soon as it was reported to the developers it was resolved very promptly. Secondly people are saying you must swipe up from the bottom this is NOT trues as they clearly can’t read, as the app states: swipe up to open command center. On iPhone X this is “swipe down from top right” all other models “swipe up from the bottom” a bit of common scene would be nice before people write bad reviews, especially as it clearly shows they don’t read and don’t know how to operate their own phone.
Brilliant
I had installed air server on my laptop but it didn’t appear a mirroring option on my iPad. Within a minute of installing this app I had it all up and running perfectly.
