Honestly I love this app, easy to navigate and it’s legible but I can’t seem to access it whenever it needs to be updated. I understand that it needs to be refreshed during the update but it isn’t something to easily let go when i’m out in the pouring rain, trying to turn the alarms off. It’s quite frustrating, especially after a really long day. It just takes really long to load and I hope there’ll be an update to use the alarms before an update? If that makes sense.

I love this system, we replaced a very comprehensive wired system with Ajax and we love it. Recently set up the door chimes which we had on our previous system which may take a bit of getting used to. We have it set to quiet on the home siren but it is a really shrill alert. Could do with a choice of alerts… a simple bing bong or something would be more appropriate in a domestic environment if you just want to know that a door has been opened. I understand it is an alert but it really is quite shrill. Apart from that, we love it.

We are really pleased with the alarm. Please add wording to the 4 areas of the picture of the fob on the app. If I have to press in a hurry, I easily forget which is which.I’ve reduced my rating by 1 star as we’ve had a couple of app updates and you don’t seem to read any reviews that are suggesting to add some words to the fob on screen. If an alarm wakes you up in the night, you want to be able to clearly see the words for the button needed to disarm the alarm. How hard would it be to add Alarm, night mode, disarm to the app? It’s so frustrating. Please take into account what your reviewers are saying!!

Your suggestion for improvement has been recorded and will be forwarded to the development team.At the moment you can use ""Group mode"" in that case the panic button, buttons of night mode, general arming/disarming will be signed. You will also have large group icons, for which you can customize your own pictures.

First time living away from home in my new flat for six months, at 42 years old- late starter, I know! But the app is brilliant and gives my parents and myself and everyone else such peace of mind, and it is actually functionally fantastic, and so intuitively easy to use, and I like the fact that they’re always improving and updating. I hope to have this app and alarm system as a life long companion.!! it’s already seen me through thick and thin!!
- Ability to update firmware on multiple video surveillance devices simultaneously. To do this, go to space settings, ‘Video update center’ menu.
- Line crossing notifications from video devices now include the type of object that crossed the line.
