The app is buggy and doesn’t actually take deliveries properly. The staff on the phone lie and the information changes everytime you talk to them. You pay for an additional delivery and it doesn’t arrive. Awful company.
Rubbish
Unable to enter my address accurately as the app forces you to use the location pin which then does not populate the location address accurately. Al Reem Island also does not appear in the location options. Poor implementation, the Al Agthia app was fine but I can’t use that anymore. Bravo.
Forced to update when already updated
I’m being forced to update the app to version 2.0 when I’m already on version 2.0. I hate it when it’s obvious apps haven’t been user tested when released. This is such a basic blocker that should never exist.
