Much improved
As against original version it is now much improved and you can easily top up and place order. Would have given 4 star if i hadn't faced an issue this morning. Although payment was complete App was still showing in progress. Had to close and reopen App. Similarly when trying to place order for amount higher than bit cash balance of account, same thing. Better to show bit cash balance along side order and stop from proceeding. Keep improving!
Terrible UX
Website registration doesn't work (required field drop down won't load) so tried the app. Register via Facebook prompts Arabic login (from English app). Landmark drop down list is not up to date. Free text fields are quirky and once registration form is completed OTP is not received so unable to actually use the service. Typical poor user experience with no focus on app usability.
Poor App with even poorer customer service
The app is incredibly difficult to use, unreliable and badly designed. We ended up getting multiple deliveries we hadn’t asked for. When we called customer service it took a long time to sort out the problem.
