Al Rayan Bank Soft Token Authenticator
At Al Rayan Bank we recognise how important it is for our customers to bank with us online, quickly, conveniently and securely.
The Al Rayan Bank Soft Token 'Authenticator' app ensures secure ‘Strong Customer Authentication’ and enables you to view your accounts online without downloading the Mobile Banking App or using a Hard Token device.
How does it work?
Use the app to scan authentication images that will be displayed in your Digital Banking desktop portal.
Once an image is scanned, the app will display an authentication code for use when you log in to Online Banking and complete transactions.
Why Choose the Soft Token
• It's compatible. The Soft Token Authenticator is compatible for IOS 8 and above.
• It's portable. If you access your accounts from multiple locations, or if you run a business and require multiple administrators to access your accounts - and don't want to use the Mobile Banking App - the Soft Token allows you to do this, quickly and securely.

Al rayan customer
Absolutely useless. I can’t open either my banking app or desktop digital banking. And they don’t open on weekends to give customer assistance. Shambles. Time to move all accounts to another bank that knows what they are doing
Doesn’t work!
Hopeless! I now can’t access my accounts either via PC or iPhone App. This security ‘update’ seems to be a shambles as I see I’m not alone in not being able to make this work.
Authenticator app would not work
What’s the point of making an app which you have not made properly or made it user friendly.. worst ever bank and mobile app too..
