This app is so flakey, it is by far the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to use.
My “tickets” which had been there for a short time, turned into hours of Error, retry messages, which went nowhere. Luckily this was discovered well before I travelled, so I now knew what to expect. Links to be able to communicate with the providers also proved useless. After multiple close downs & restarts and three uninstalls and re-installations, I had one success with tickets on the morning of the event. I got to the gate and tried again, repeatedly seeing Error, retry on my screen!!!
After 20 minutes or so, I started it again from scratch, revalidated it for the nth time and it worked so I ran in with my party, the guy scanned & we were in. Having travelled a long way, booked and paid for hotels etc., it seemed quite possible £100’s would have been lost. As a crypto related company, Luno should lose all credibility for publishing such a poor app and expecting customers to accept a clearly untested system and putting customers through such a trial.

This app has been completely awful so far. First off, the tickets didn’t even show up for days once they released them. Everyone was worried and had to contact Kaboodle’s customer service. They eventually appeared. Very buggy process, however.

I recently tried to transfer my tickets to my friend through it, but when I pressed transfer an error came up: ‘user error session expired’. I pressed back, and my tickets had gone. I had no confirmation of any form that they had gone through. No email, no notification and no tickets anywhere. There was no sign of them in the ‘transferred’ section of the app either. My friend has had no email, and cannot find the tickets anywhere. My tickets are GONE!

I’ve contacted field day, APE, Kaboodle, but only via email as that’s the only form of contact they have?!!? Not a single phone number. The festival is in two days.

AXS are the only company involved that have a live customer service chat, and there’s nothing that they can do. All we can do is wait for an email back whole time runs out and my friend has no tickets because of how buggy this app is.

AVOID at all costs! Ticket companies and festivals these days only care about money, and won’t spend anything on customer service or a decent app. It’s ridiculous.

I had tickets transferred to me but couldn’t access them as ‘email not on records’. My solution was to go to ‘my tickets’ then put in the email address of who originally purchased the tickets. This will take you to a login page where you can choose the option to create an account. Make an account with your email and this will allow you to choose a password. After a few minutes the tickets should appear in the ‘My tickets’ section. Super frustrating but the only way I could figure out how to retrieve my transferred tickets!
