Alpha Grove Private Hire has the largest fleet of Private Hire vehicles, executive cars and minibuses in Staffordshire and Cheshire and is continuing to grow daily. This and our state of the art dispatch system ensuring an efficient and swift booking process make us best equipped to provide an unrivalled level of service to all of our customers.
Through this app you can:
• Order a taxi
• Cancel a booking
• Track the vehicle on the map as it makes its way towards you!
• Receive real-time notifications of the status of your taxi
• Pay by cash or with card
• Order a taxi for an exact pick-up time
• Store your favourite pick up points for easy booking
We believe in catering for our users, our App now allows you to book with us wherever and whenever you like with the ability to track your car in ‘real time’, no phone call required. You will receive push notifications on your job status keeping you up to date on the progress of your booking. Booking is easy with the option of selecting your map position or simply typing in a street name or postcode.
We value feedback on our service and are always looking at ways to stay ahead, we would love to hear what you think of our new App.

Driver to destination was spot on, lovely guy and nice car and experience. At pick up different driver was aggressive and tried to charge me £20 instead of £10 as quoted on the app and shouted abuse at me as he dropped me off saying not to book with them again! Rang the office they said they’d pass this on to the manager but unless I get an apology I won’t be using again!
If you aren’t in a rush use alpha grove
Always at least 30 mins to 1 hour late usually quicker to get the bus, use an uber or walk
