Brilliant service and App
Since using the App and actually using Magnum taxis I can’t believe what a good service this is pay by phone prompt pick up please my staff love it won’t use anyone else
Ridiculous!
Ordered a taxi from Stoke train station. It arrived, to only then be refused the ride! We asked If It was for us (said our name) and he said “no”. We pointed at his phone and said “that’s us, that’s my name”. He told us to “shh” whilst he rang the taxi base”, he then cancelled the ride In front of us and said “someone else will come take you”, then drove off. Without any reason or explanation! The only reason I can think of, Is that we were 2 gay men. If that’s the case, then he shouldn’t be working for a public sector with that kind of intolerance! I won’t ever be using Magnum again. Ever since the took over another firm, It’s gone downhill.
Hiding companies while trying to pay for taxi with card
I booked with magnum and choose to pay using card and it charged £1.1 first then charged £9.20 and the following day out of no where a weird payment tried coming out my account the name of the place was chaturbill, my bank blocked it immediately and contacted me about the charges am soo happy my bank did before letting the money go out of my account
