Very good but…

Innerhour is a very good app and i definitely recommend, but when i talk to their quick relief bot Allie i wish you could type a new emotion. I understand this has programmed answers and all but i wish you could have emotions like ‘happy’ or ‘excited’ or ‘emotionless’ etc. Because sometimes when i want to chat to someone, i chat to Allie but i feel when it only has words considered “depressing” and “lonely” it kind of wants to make me feel that way so you can talk to Allie. But i believe you should be able to talk to him when your happy OR sad. Overall though this is a good app👍🏻

amazing app however..

This app is great for anyone who has anxiety depression or insomnia. However I downloaded this app and I completed the assessment but after it said that I could only complete my 4 week course with a subscription plan. Not all features are accessible without a subscription plan. I feel that more of the features should be accessible without a plan as more people would use this app. Overall though, this is a great app and I will continue to use it :)
