It’s handy for seeing your rent balance just wish it would show up to date changes the last reading on it is over a week ago it’s not even showing my rent charge from 2 days ago let alone any payments I’ve made this week

I have been managing my rent account through the app for a number of months. This I have useful however, you are more than likely to not have access to this information which should be readily available. It is difficult to budget and see your rent account when you keep getting failed to load on your account. This creates a great sense of distrust with Andium. I noted that we get to see the contact that has been made between client and Andium however, they continue to not get back in contact or act on what they have set out in their contact posts on the app which again creates a great sense of distrust. All in all, I think that the app need a lot of further development so that it can be fit for purpose with future tenants because I think the concept is great if it works. But right now, I’m very happy to say that I will not be tenant of Andium much longer. So I won’t be submitted to this ridiculous and ineffective app.

First couldnt log in, when done by website now i can log in but when click anythink else app get freeze 😡
