Angels Cars – Minicabs London 4+

AVOID this company. Pay a bit more and look for another service if you can. Used this company 3 times for transfers to the airport. The first one went well and I was pleased with the service. The subsequent were stressful and disrespctul to a customer. On one of them the guy picked us late at the airport and hardly knew the way to leave the airport. He even had no gas in his tank and asked us for cash so that he can put some in the tank. The other one the guy arrived 50 mins late and didnt even apologize. DONT WASTE your time writing them feedback on the email provided or even calling them. You will here some pathetic responses like "we are sorry, you are a valuable customer to us" and then they will never reply to your emails. Its a waste of time!! Pay 5 pounds more and use another service.

I used this company four times, all to and from airports. It is substantially cheaper than other company for a reason- IT PROVIDES POOR SERVICES.

The first three journeys just about okay and the airport picked up is usually late (for 30 minutes on average) regardless what time you booked it.

On my recently journey , I provided the correct flight details and make it to the pickup point on time (6.30an). But there isn’t anyone to pick me up, so I call the company and was told that I input the wrong details. After some investigation, I was told that someone at their end has changed my flight details last minute so it’s showing my flight is not arriving until an hour later. So the minicab company decided not to pick up until 7.30am . They never called or texted me to confirm my flight number before changing it on their system and no to pick me up at the time I requested for. I was told there won’t be any cab until an hour later so I just took Uber which is more expensive but a lot more professional.

AVOID THIS.

Booked a taxi using the app for 4:15am. Got woken up by a call 2:45am to tell me they could no longer do it because “all their cars are at Gatwick”. When I complained to say they shouldn’t have taken subsequent bookings that meant they couldn’t do my trip they essentially said it was my fault “because you booked through the App”! If your app does work, don’t use one. Essentially, you can never use these guys because you they themselves say that you can’t rely on them committing to turning up (and not leaving you in the lurch in the middle of the night)!
