ANOTHER EDEN 12+

I’d say it’s a really good game, can be tedious to grind items but the story and gameplay is really fun. Sometimes you’ll think a fight is impossible, for example a boss fight where even with a healer you did, so you switch to a full damage team and end up winning. Some fights will require the completely opposite approach, that mixed in with the great class upgrade system, a fair monetisation system, in which it seems they’d rather you play the game than buy premium currency. I’ve bought premium currency twice and gotten 4 5 star champs from it, although I’d say if you go through the game you’d have many four stars easily, and by playing the story it’s more than enough for 2-3 10x spins. The story is AMAZING, probably the best part.
Art design 10/10, story 8/10, sometimes tedious especially with a few of the more boring side stories, then again some side stories are better than the main one.
To add to this they have dungeons which give great assets and can be used to train your team up, and also dungeons that have no monsters and literally just provide gold and items, as an example, before entering one I had 40k gold, I’m in the lucky 0.7% to get the last reward, I ended the dungeon with 2Million gold.

I’m usually quite loathe to download free games due to the inevitable paywalls you encounter, sometimes quite early on. Although it would probably be beneficial to drop some cash into it at some point this looks more likely to extend the end game rather than the journey to get there.

I think the developers should be applauded for giving so much freedom in a quality game that’s free to play. I will buy something at some point to support the game but only once I understand what’s truly beneficial, because there’s tons of content. I’ve spent about 20 hours currently.

It’s a really enjoyable Turn-based JRPG which you can play on the move (1 device only at a time though, no switching from iPad to iPhone unfortunately). Single player with no plans to, afaik, add multiplayer.

If you want something to sink some time into then this is a fantastic game to own (and free unless you choose otherwise) :)

Upon downloading the game it just seems like the usual gacha game but in its own universe which is a good start for me, but it near enough immediately falls off with its linearity, heavy grind, level scaling, and currency, the game plays like you have to forcibly put the time in to grind levels even if you put money in the thing offering no alternative for levelling and needing to over level for even early content but I almost never got to said content because of the story the game just tries to ram exposition and dialogue down your throat just simply by not having a skip button and yes that probably sounds nitpicky but as your playing though the game you get stopped constantly be it dialogue, encounters and even summons just grind the gameplay to a halt to the point that I close the game in order to skip the summoning dialogue but admittedly that specific scene doesn’t happen often because the game doesn’t give you enough currency and is rather limiting in options at some points even making me think “do I really have to spend money just to get a new unit” which unless you bury yourself into the game and this game alone just for the grind, yes, you probably will have to spend money
