Best Singapore experience of our trip
This is a fabulous and fun experience. Bikes are super cool, so easy to use and such a clever app. We were introduced by the kind gentleman working outside MBS. Within minutes he had us setup on four bikes and helped adjust them etc. we had so much fun cycling round the sites then conveniently dropped them off near our hotel! Awesome

Feedback option on App not working
1. App is reasonably good however feedback option is not working which is frustrating.
2. I have tried to be a good citizen and report any missing bikes, bikes without locks, defects and although I have reported approx, 8 or more incidents, except for a GPS jump on parking, I have not received a thank you note nor any feedback whatsoever.
3. Having said that the bikes are good when you get a good one.
4. Hope the servicing of the bikes can be improved and the customer service improved.
5. One suggestion is to blank out or mark the bike Red when defective to save people walking to parking areas and finding defective bikes.
