Superb Facility
I’ve been coming to Apex more or less since it opened and I have to say it’s the best facility around by a country mile.
A special shout out to Michael Gosling who since he started has in my opinion been a revelation and has transformed they way I train giving me sound advice on form and a different way to do things.
