Update, I eventually found the ‘restore’ button/word in the top right of the screen - it’s really obscured by the background picture - my one change suggestion would be to make that option a proper button or a lot more visible - changing rating to 5 as it does everything I need and is worth the subscription in my view Original post :Been using this app, love it, I use it to upload receipts to OneDrive .however I’ve just transferred to a new iPhone with the auto transfer option, and it’s lost my current subscription details ( until 2020) and there no option to re-apply the current one !!!

Rip off, tricks you into subscription

Read the numerous complaints all saying same thing: this app effectively misleads you through underhand techniques to get a subscription. Read further the app developer’s responses to all the complaints. Explaining coldly that it is impossible to do so and blaming the error on the user. Any app developer worth their weight would be horrified that customers have without wishing to do so mistakenly obtained a subscription. The proper response from the developer should be “we are so sorry to hear you mistakenly clicked on a subscription - we will refund you straight away’” It shows you how unprofessional and insecure they are. Gaining subscriptions from customers clicking by mistake is a disgrace. And I for one are warning you the potential buyer to avoid this app like the plague ! And message to the company - don’t bother writing a response to this. I have read all your others and they tell me and everyone else all they need to know. There are much better free apps and ethical ones that take customers more seriously than this company.

I paid for a useless thing I fear. Having worked very hard on 20 years of historical Documents I was about to send them to a memory stick and they all disappeared. I then was faced with an app suggesting I scan my first document and now a blank screen. I asked for help but no reply. I have wasted weeks if I can’t recover my work. I have emailed for help as ‘no question is unanswered’ don’t waste your money. … having finally had a reply and sending a copy of the receipt as they requested, I am still awaiting help. I believe my work is lost on or by the app and I still pray that the app developers can find them.This app is showing 123.8 MG of data which I cannot access. It is according to experts still on the app but the developers say they have no access to the app and have given me no clue as to how to find it. Perhaps a little bit more effort on their part? It has stopped my phone from working properly. No question is left unanswered ???? I have off loaded and reloaded and all to no avail. This should be easy.

It’s a shame because they’ve actually got a good app here which I found very useful. They’re about to cut and paste their standard unintelligible, dare I say it arrogant, response below I’m sure but these are the facts for your benefit:1. I clicked for a free 3 day trial, cancellable at anytime.2. I used the app.3. One hour later I logged into iTunes and cancelled my subscription. 4. Shortly after I received notification from Apple about an 8.99 invoice.5. Queried this with developer as I was supposed to according to Apple’s rules.6. Received response as per under other reviews here about subscription renewal dates etc... which completely ignored any mention of free trials etc7. Replied, pushing free trial point8. Response from developer: “not our problem, contact Apple”.9. After navigating Apple’s confusing and less than helpful refund/subscription/invoicing area, I eventually found success by cancelling the purchase based on 14 day cooling off period.What a ball-ache. I’ve never had this issue with any other free trial I’ve come across and rarely write reviews on here but felt compelled. Tells you all you need to know that the developer has to start each response with “this is not a trick/scam”. It’s a shame; they’ve got a good app and if they followed the rules I’m sure it would succeed.Buyer (or free trialler) Beware.

This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. You can also review or cancel subscription using a link provided in the Subscription Confirmation email.Moreover, you can find the Manage Subscriptions section within the app settings.
Don’t click trial. Don’t give these guys any money.
