This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Bug fix release, should now work on IOS 7 without crashing.

Bubbles are now a little more lively. They fade over time and a parallax effect is applied. These are small tweaks that I don't think will be noticeable unless you really look for them. But I do think they subtly make the bubble feel a little more alive while helping to make new bubbles "pop" out a bit better. If you are experience the crash on start problem please email me jesse@hogbaysoftware.com. It haven't been able to reproduce the problem an need your help.

Once again it's simpily about bubbles. Somewhere along the way, in the name of "make it better", I lost what I liked most about Bubbles. It's a simple app meant for small children and parents. It doesn't need in-app-purchases, fancy animations, and options screens. That's all gone now. Bubbles 4 is just about bubbles. Drag to create & tap to pop. I've made the animations better for little kids. It's now easier to see POPS! And new bubbles arive in style instead of like giant slow jellyfishes. I've also added a special drawing mode. My favorite way to use Bubbles in collaboratively with kid in lap. Often we try to draw letters and shapes. This is now much easier in special "slow bubbles" mode. Flip your iPad or iPhone upside down and the Bubbles will slow down and stay in place making drawing much easier. "Shake" to clear them all, or turn your iPad or Phone to make them drop off screen. Bubbles 4 is also a rewrite that modernized all the code to keep Bubbles working many years down the road. I hope you and your kids have fun with it.

Bug fixes

A few quick notes: 1. No sound? Check your mute switch (the iPad side switch), it overrides your volume controls in the app. 2. Crashing bubbles? Original Bubble's artwork is back and set to default (you can switch to claymation artwork in the iOS system preferences). I'm sorry that most of you didn't like the 2.0 release; I'll try to make more gradual changes now on. Please post in the comments describing the enhancements that you'd like to see. The graphics are smoother, animations faster, and the artwork is all new! Please let me know how your toddlers like it, and what you think they'd like to see next. I'll keep an eye on the iTunes comments.
