Disappointing

This is a decent idea, poorly executed. Some basic features don’t work.

How to change character? And backup?

Thanks for the app, working mostly ok so far. I noticed that the new items (e g clothes/songs etc) don’t really get uncovered on the schedule that is in Brushing journey. Sometimes it says “1 brush left” but you only get it in 2 or 3 - not sure why?
Also my little ones want to change their character (e g from captain to Lilly), but I can’t figure out how without loosing their brushing journey? Also want to backup to ICloud to be able to use different devices for the same person.

App stopped working

My daughter really likes this app but unfortunately it has stopped working. The app was giving daily rewards and moving on but now it does not load. Five stars for when the app works!
