Arcane Legends MMORPG 12+

An absolutely amazing game that, in my opinion, was crafted perfectly. The way there’s a mini boss/ boss often makes it easy to grind levels and get better gear faster, although it may take some time.

One thing that caught my attention was people saying the game was “heavily pay to win” and a “cash grab.” I put this in quotation marks because in actuality, it really isn’t. I mean they have to get money somehow, right? If you don’t like having to spend money on the game then just don’t..

This is coming from someone who has played this game for quite a while now and hasn’t spent any money on it. Am I enjoying the game? Hell yeah!

Don’t be fooled by the look of this game. I’m a PC gamer so when It comes to iOS I tend to judge a game in the first 10 minutes. Never did I expect myself to play this game for so long, how they devs designed and coded this is amazing. Really thought about every detail too, in app purchases are also not overpriced and more than reasonable and I’d like to support the devs, I really can’t give any bad feedback on this to be honest, definitely worth the download and I hope the devs continue to support this game.

The first issue i had with customer service was trying to recover an account which i had 8years ago. They requested screenshots of purchases i made 8 years ago, sure i guess security, i said i could offer the account holder name and billing address but still wasnt no good. Sure whatever.

Anyways, i made an account and got to level 46, i decided to buy some platinum and buy some gems to sell for gold, for some reasons theres the same exact gems only one is non tradable and one is. I accidentally bought the non tradable ones which is useless for a level 46.

I put a complaint in and they got back to me saying they could get rid of the gems and give me the platinum back, i have no use for platinum apart from what i was trying to do. Therefore i took it up with apple to get a refund which states how “items may be removed if refunded” which i was fine with, however instead of removing the gems which they could clearly do based on their reply of “remove the gems and give the platinum back” they banned my account.

Overall the game has gone downhill, and the customer service is shocking. Banned my account for refunding instead of taking away the useless gems.
