Not bad

Nice opening explorer/ engine - sometimes I don’t 100 percent trust the analysis as you can put the same game into the engine and it will pick different moves out as best half of the time. Also there is an annoying bug in it where the engine will crash if you try and put a move in it doesn’t “like” I’ve come across this a lot and it needs patching.

Flawed Chess Analysis

After a short opening phase for free, you have to subscribe. It’s well priced, at £2.50 for a year or around £8.50 for lifetime use.
My issue is with the coding. The app consistently crashes when a game passes 40 moves. The analysis engine appears flawed. Often quoting a move that results in mate, when it simply isn’t so. Sadly another example of cash before code, an app that could be very useful, isn’t.
