Update: I also feel I have no choice but to delete and reinstall this app and do it all again as I can't wait for the added puzzles :( But what would be helpful is that once the new ones appear that you can skip to these rather than working your way through all of them when there are new ones. That way you can use the old puzzles as a back up for when you run out again, please!
Gosh, I love this! It took me a little while to get into it but now it is my to go to game if I need to destress. Unfortunately I've done them all which is a disaster as there are no more puzzles! Please, please, please when will there be more?? I would gladly pay for this app!

I have been playing this game for the longest time and up until now have absolutely loved it! Even to the point when my phone broke and I had to reinstall the game on my new phone and i realised everything I had previously gone hadn’t been saved i continues to play it from scratch and was more than happy to do so.
I have gone to play the game this evening to to try and help myself relax as I am having trouble sleeping to find these faces pooping up when you have completed certain parts, I’m sorry but why? Your game stood out because of its simplicity none of that annoying crap you get in other games. I personally am not a fan of this update at all.
U have continued playing to mow fund that every so often in a middle of the puzzle, the last puzzle I did it happened 3 or 4 times, that an add just pops up randomly mid game 😳😳 I really hope this is some sort of glitch or malfunction because I can’t continue to play this game if this is how it’s going to continue. The whole point of the game is to relax, you can’t do that with these things popping up like that all the time.
I rely on this game to help with anxieties and sleeping troubles but I can no longer fo that because it now makes and already anxious and irritated person more irritated.
It pains me to say it but if it doesn’t go back to its original way which is so soooo much better I’m going to have to uninstall it’s not giving me any chill time or satisfaction playing at all like this. 😞

I loved this game and even paid for the no adds benefit and would have given it 5 stars but over the past week however, the Christmas event vanished from my game (I had completed two out of three postcards) and a error message was permanently on my screen. I updated the application and now have lost all progress up to now and have to start all over again (Christmas event still not on my screen). I am hesitant to start again if the game loses all your progress when it encounters a bug. Need to get this sorted please as what was a relaxing way to pass some time is now just frustrating. Thank you for your response but the problem has not been rectified by the update. My app is fully updated. All my progress is gone. The event section just says “event coming soon” and I am back to the start.

December 27 update: still no help from developers. Yesterday, received same response as last time that the update will fix the issues. Game updated to the max and still the issues. Beginning to think developers don’t care, just wanted our money to remove ads. Will be requesting a refund. Game going down to no stars which is a shame as I really enjoyed playing it.
