Good app. Does exactly what you expect. Looks nice and doesn’t take up much room on the desktop. Some reasonable alarm sounds included, although I have turned off the alarm sound and just use the screen display when the timer is up. There is no facility to control the volume that the alarms play at - it seems to just use the system volume but the alarms are really loud if you’ve got your volume up watching a video etc. In response to Miguel Frias’s review below, yes it does display a screen telling you about the PRO version, but this CAN be closed with the usual red circle icon at the top left of the window. I have only seen this pop-up once, the first time I ran it, and it hasn’t hassled me since about the pro version.

No in-app purchases, pops up whichever screen you're on, shows time ticking away when you do alt-tab (with no need to actually go to the window it's on). Was using it within seconds to boost my productivity. Perfect!(Only improvement I'd recommend isability to customise the text that pops up, butthat's minor)

I purchased a license of Alinof TimerPro on May 2018.It's fine, not expensive for a one off purchase.Last week my copy stopped working. I can no longer launch a single timer, not even the free functionality works in myNote for the developers if you want a subscription model be upfront about that. If you want to limit access to new versions, that's fine. Breaking the paid applications of exisitng users is upsetting.

Sorry for your experience, but this is not true. 'Alinof TimerPro' has been replaced by 'AS TimerPRO' and if you bought 'Alinof TimerPro' before, you can continue to use it without any restriction. 'Alinof TimerPro' should still be visible in the list of your Mac App Store purchases. If you have problems, try reloading the application and re-install it.

Does what it says in the description. Simple countdown timer. Has some additional features like the float over other windows, and dynamic icon in the taskbar which are handy. No adverts too, which is surprising. Good choice of timers sounds too, and time can be typed in which is handy.Would be excellent if the timer is extended so Siri on Mac can start it, without needing to be manual typed in.
