ASK4 Support 4+

Currently writing this off data, the app will only show a red screen and never seem to load. This is a problem as I can’t currently access my WiFi due to the ASK4 webpage you’re directed to missing the buttons to log in. They have lost the log in button. 😤Apparently there is an “ASK4 sign up wizard”. Apparently this is the log in part that should be present. Between this, circuit laundry, and all the other business reliant on education for funding, I think the government and unis really need to reconsider who they are offering contracts to, as most these companies are pathetic predators.

So, all in all, a little miffed that I have to use this WiFi during my time at uni.

So my block of flats uses this device to provide WiFi, and apart from the dreadful download speeds and load times you get when it works, other times it just simply doesn’t. You must register your devices through the app, and my phone (main device I use with the WiFi) is registered but ASK4 simply refuses to work on it. The company don’t seem to care? Honestly a terrible service from an awful company!

The support employees did their best to be honest, but they could not do anything for the terrible network that this company has. It truly tests your mental endurance. Avoid at all costs.
