There’s bugs in this app tht’s need constant rectifying. Pls call the bug exterminator or get some bug spray.
Easy to use
The newest app is really straight forward to use and has so many great features. I love the VIP discounts and fact I can see the whole events calendar for the month in one place.
Difficult to use
App is very difficult to navigate, not user friendly at all. Very difficult to do the basic things that the app should be there for such as booking rooms, reporting maintenance faults etc. Now it’s much more based on interacting with people and seeing events, which is still difficult to use and the basic things should be easier to find. Old app was much more user friendly.
