I had my doubts, but literally got 5 replies to my advert in less than an hour, (and I posted it at 7.30 am) - all sorted for a move in three days time in less than an hour. Way cheaper than any of the quotes I was getting through removal companies, the move went really well as well. Thought it would all be dodgy quotes and dubious characters , but actually turned out to be super easy, 50% cheaper than any other quotes I got and all went to plan. Will definitely use this app again whenever I move next.

Be aware guys; this app has no work ethic at all. It's just full of gangsters who want to ripe you off. I booked a few household items for delivery from point A to B. I got a quote and accepted it. The thug came, and I loaded the items and confirmed the delivery address with him, and everyone was happy. He then went with ETA of about 35 min but he took 1.5 hr and then called me asking and threatening that he wouldn’t unload items unless I pay him extra money. Then we went in fight over the phone and he said that he will ask the support team to charge my card for that and I said off you go.
When dropped off items he again ask the recipient for money and threatened him with same tactics which I think is what he used to do.
I made a dispute through the app, and they seem that they don’t care at all.
The whole experience was awful and I would recommend it.

Hi Leo, we are really disappointed to receive this review. Firstly, all of our drivers are verified. It is really unusual as the driver (or thug) you are referring to is one of our best drivers. He has over thirty five 5 star reviews! Upon speaking to the support team they have a slightly different recollection of events but the customer is always right. All the best.

Clunky, slow and very hard to use. There’s no way to change date / time of jobs if plans change. You can’t ask questions of drivers before accepting quotes. You have to pay a deposit before being put in contact with a driver and they don’t always respond when you do (I’ve had to request 3 deposit refunds for failed attempts at booking drivers. You can’t autofill cards details from your phone or use ApplePay, you have to type in your card details. Not very intuitive to use (instinctively you want to click on the driver name to view a quote, not the button). However, the fourth quote I accepted went ahead, I found a very good driver and we got the job done. Had it not been for the driver and the completed job I would have given no stars! I would use the driver again, but I won’t be using the app again.

Really sorry to hear you had this experience. Based on your valuable feedback we are going to make it possible to speak to drivers in advance of booking. Regarding auto filling card details, I have looked into this and it is down to the settings on your phone. You may find it autofills on websites but not apps. We are pleased you found a driver through the app and got the job done.
