We have been using August for the last couple of months and are really loving it so far. No one else is doing what August is and it’s a simple and easy way to manage all your properties. It has made it easier for ourselves as landlords, but also for our tenants. They are constantly adding new features and it’s exciting to see where the app is going. I am most excited for the reminders feature so we don’t have to store everything in our calendars! Really excited to see where the app goes in the coming months.

My EPC was out of date and i didn’t know!

I LOVE the tracking feature which told my my EPC was out of date. I didn’t realise the fine would be so big. I am a bit new to all this and so I am glad I avoided that one. All in all really enjoying (if thats the word) August so far managing my old flat. It’s giving me more confidence as a new landlady. I am not good at learning all the dull regs stuff. So it’s a Godsend.

Would like to firstly say I am not a landlord nor do I have a use for the app, just wanted to express disappointment in the marketing. First of all, being a landlord isn’t difficult, being a single parent or a student and being extorted monthly is difficult. As for the two guys in your advertisements they make a big deal out of not having to interact with the tenants directly, but maybe if you can’t speak to your tenants and would rather focus on draining the money from them you shouldn’t work in the field you do, one of the scummiest careers out there in the midst of everything getting more expensive and they clearly have no intent to develop morals
