Actually a good app
Usually if an app would ask me to do a rate or ask me if I’m enjoying its features, I would say no/decline. Bandsintown is actually a good app & says what it does. ticketmaster app is useless if you’re looking for a good tickets app, bandsintown is where it’s at. Downloads your music library (with permission), actually notifies you when your favourite artists are near you, adjusts to your location. If you wanna watch your favourite artist, download this app it will certain help to get you to that show.
Don't miss a gig
This is a brilliant app, it tells me when and where all my favourite are playing in plenty of time to get the best tickets. Before this app I had to spend hours searching on the internet or reading magazines. The only wish it could manage my ticket purchasing then I could do everything in one app.
Verify email loop
Some apps ask you to verify your account via email and that’s that, access works via browser and app. Here the app sends you an email which sends you to webpage (even on phone where you’ve just been in the app) which then verified your account and bounces you back to the app which still wants to verify you by sending another email. And on and on. I’m sure it’s a tricky programming thing, but other developers manage it. This is sloppy. Then it doesn’t know where you are despite you giving location permission and doesn’t handle you wanting to know about gigs in other locations. A sloppy user experience I’m sad to say.
